Why would I use Qiblasense instead of a phone app?
A phone app requires you to take out your phone, unlock it, and hold it up, interrupting your focus before prayer. Qiblasense is always with you, needs no screen, and finds the Qibla through a quiet, private vibration. It is especially useful at work, while travelling, or in any public space where taking out your phone feels impractical or distracting.
How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Sweden takes 2–4 business days and EU delivery takes 5–8 business days. Shipping is free on all EU orders of 2 or more devices.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. The device must be in its original condition and packaging. Contact us via WhatsApp at +46 766 143 833 to initiate a return.
What is the difference between the necklace and the subha?
Both contain the same Qibla compass and prayer reminder technology. The necklace is worn on a cord close to the heart and activated by pressing it against your chest. The subha is held in the hands and includes 33 beads for zikr, combining the compass function with a traditional prayer practice.
Is it safe to wear Qiblasense since there is compass inside it and it’s sending and receiving signal and make it touch your skin ?
The qiblaSense device uses Bluetooth which is a low energy short distance communication protocol. The device does not transmit radio signals and is safe to wear on the skin for long periods of time.
Is the Qiblasense accurate enough for giving the exact direction of Qibla?
The direction given by the necklace may not be experienced as exact as a visual compass since it is a function of body position and posture. The underlying system is very accurate, it is the same which is used for many smartphone apps. According to the fatwas of the Standing Committee, it is the intention to pray in the right direction which is the most important part, and a Muslim doing his best is good thing.
What is the procedure for changing the battery in Qiblasense?
You can easily charge the QiblaSense device using a standard USB‑C cable. Simply connect the device to any USB power source such as a wall adapter, laptop, or power bank.

Is it permissible to determine the direction of the Qibla via technologies like Qiblasense?
The scholars have approved relying on smartphone applications to determine the direction of the Qibla (the direction of the Kaaba in Mecca) due to the extreme accuracy that these types of technologies depend on in determining the Qibla direction. This precision is attributed to their connection with satellites and other technologies that have made it easy to know the Qibla direction from anywhere.
Can Muslims wear Qiblasense while doing their prayer routines?
Muslims can wear Qiblasense during their prayers as long as it does not distract them or compromise the integrity of their prayer.
The Qiblasense is a necklace, is it haram for men to use it?
The purpose of Qiblasense is not to display wealth and manifest beauty for the purpose of vanity or ostentation. Hence, it is not to be seen as jewellery. It is a tool for finding prayer direction, and it is practical to wear it around the neck. In this sense it is similar to eyeglasses or a handheld compass.
Are there different Qiblasense versions for men and women?
Islam discourages adopting adornments that may lead to imitating the opposite gender. The current necklaces are designed to be neutral in appearance. The Qiblasense is designed to be private and personal and be worn under clothing.
There are different versions for men and women coming soon. Qiblasense devices for men does not use gold.
Is Qiblasense waterproof, allowing Muslims to wear it during Wudu (ablution) without concern?
The Qiblasense is designed to survive getting splashed with water, but since it contains electronics it is advised to try to avoid getting it wet.
